Our people

Step into our Preston office and you will be welcomed by a friendly bunch, representing a diverse mix of cultures, genders, age groups and beliefs.

It is down to their good humour and community mindedness, that we maintain the feel of a family business despite rapid growth.

All our employees receive regular training so they can progress and thrive, not only in the workplace but also in their personal lives . And our wellbeing programme helps keep them in good physical and mental shape.

We recognise that our staff have individual needs, commitments and circumstances. Our aim is to provide a working environment that meets the needs of a driven business but still feels likes a great place to work. This is achieved with carefully considered benefits such as break out areas, provision of refreshments and fresh fruit, a day off for birthdays and providing flexible working conditions where possible.

“Fantastic team working shines through, and the leadership demonstrates fine ethics.  The company’s commitment to supporting employees with their physical health and mental wellbeing shows a real commitment.” Dan Gibson
