Suresite Group has once again been shortlisted for a prestigious regional business award.
We are one of eight Lancashire companies hoping to be named the BIBA service business of the year.
The winners of all 18 award categories will be announced at a Blackpool Tower Ballroom ceremony on Friday 13 September 2019.
It will not be Suresite Group’s first attendance at the BIBAs awards night. In 2014, we took home the small business of the year trophy. Every year since then, we have been shortlisted for one of more awards.Francis Egan, chief executive of the awards’ headline sponsor Cuadrilla Resources, said every one of the shortlisted companies had achieved a great deal to reach the BIBAs’ finals.
“Each year we look forward to the BIBAs’ judging rounds because we get to meet so many inspirational people from businesses across the spectrum of Lancashire’s business community.
“Despite all the challenges which face our businesses every day, there are people out there who are passionate about delivering the best service and the best products to really make a difference.
“That is what Lancashire’s business community is all about, the people who make it so special.”Keith Bevan, chief business development officer, Suresite Group, said: “We are over the moon that our commitment to customer service has once again been recognised by the BIBAs judges.“The ethos of all four Suresite Group companies is about meeting customer need. Profit is never the driver, but a by-product of serving our customers well. “We aim to consistently improve the service we offer through meaningful customer feedback and investing in our employees and in new technology. It is in this arena – service excellence – that we have always chosen to differentiate ourselves.”
