Suresite Group has been given a resounding thumbs-up when it comes to customer satisfaction.
In the same week we were shortlisted for service business of the year we also received some fantastic customer feedback as a result of our first customer satisfaction survey.
These two customer service accolades come hot on the heels of the Feefo Gold award for customer satisfaction we received this February.
This is the second year in a row that Suresite Group has made it onto the competitive BIBAs (Lancashire business awards) shortlist. In a few weeks we will be welcoming their judges into our office, where they will speak to staff and customers to discover more about our service offer.
In our customer survey, we asked how likely they are to recommend Suresite and we were delighted with the results. We also asked a series of additional questions and ninety percent rated our quality of service as high or very high and 73 percent said they were very satisfied with Suresite Group.
Comments made by customers included ‘always interested, very friendly’, ‘sort problems right away’, ‘do what they say they will’ and ‘all dealings I’ve had have been very good’.
