Suresite’s new card services manager has a banking and payment cards pedigree that is second to none.
Mosart Khanim has joined the Suresite Card Services team from fuel card company Radius Payment Solutions. As head of customer service, she set up her department from scratch, recruiting teams and establishing excellence in customer service as the differentiator between her employer’s company and their competitors.
Prior to that, Mosart worked in banking for over 25 years, rising to divisional manager, business banking, for Santander. She has also worked as a branch manager, personal banking manager, and financial/mortgage advisor with high street banks Halifax, Abbey, and TSB.
In her new role, Mosart will be responsible for improving even further on Suresite’s customer service delivery during a period of anticipated rapid growth and expansion into new markets.
Mosart said: “My background is in sales and customer service. I truly believe that if you get the service right, the sales will follow.
“My priorities include first class customer service training for everyone at Suresite – not just the customer services team.
“I want to build a culture where all stakeholders – internal and external customers and suppliers – receive the very best service from everyone they deal with. This requires a systematic approach. It’s one thing to say you believe in service, but another thing to make sure that you deliver it every time and that what you deliver meets people’s needs.”
