MBA students from Lancaster University have been working closely with us at Suresite to help find ways to develop our customer service.
We value every customer’s experience no matter how they come into contact with the company. We also understand that it is important to always be looking for ways to improve and stay one step ahead. Lancaster MBA students have the advantage of being on a world-ranked, triple accredited course which undoubtedly helped in giving us an invaluable outside view of our customer service standards, and benefited the students by helping them gain experience in a business environment.
